Lahore, The Department of Mathematics at the University of Punjab in Lahore is scheduled to host a weekly seminar on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. This event will feature a series of presentations focused on cutting-edge mathematical solutions in nonlinear partial differential equations (PDEs) and general relativity.
According to University of the Punjab, the seminar will take place at 3:00 PM in the Seminar Hall of the Mathematics Department. The lineup of speakers includes Shahid Mehmood, who will explore the application of the modified auxiliary equation method for solving nonlinear PDEs. Samar Hayat will discuss a novel analytical technique for deriving exact solutions to these equations, while Bilal Khan will present his findings using the exp-?(?) expansion method. Nosheen Nawaz will cap off the session with insights into the latest advancements in general relativity, discussing both theoretical developments and practical applications.
The seminar is an integral part of the university’s commitment to fostering academic discussions that propel the field of mathematics forward, providing a platform for scholars to exchange innovative ideas and research findings.
