Karachi, March 16, 2023 (PPI-OT): Former Chairman Senate Syed Nair Hussain Bukhari while addressing a special session of the Senate on the occasion of the Golden Jubilee of the Constitution of 1973 said that the Assembly of People’s Representatives approved the Constitution of 1973 by consensus. Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto formed the Upper House for full representation in the Federation. In the center of Pakistan, all the federal units have been given equal representation. The constitution-making body put an end to grafts in the constitution by bringing the parties together.
The parliament is supreme. The provisions of the constitution are clear that the right to amend the constitution is only the power of the parliament. Article 239 of the constitution is clear that the right to amend the constitution is only The Parliament has got the limits, limitations and scale of every institution are fixed in the constitution and there is no interference in the constitutional right and work of the Parliament. Former Chairman Senate said that for the sake of national treasury and saving time, standing committees should be established consisting of members of both the Houses and the member of the Upper House should also be amended to become the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has become the Prime Minister of India twice.
The member of our Upper House should get the right to become the Prime Minister. We are proud that the founding prime minister of People’s Party is celebrating the golden jubilee of the constitution given by the democratic prime minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.
