The general elections will be held on the same day and within the specified constitutional period, Secretary General of Pakistan People’s Party Syed Nayar Hussain Bukhari

Karachi, April 12, 2023 (PPI-OT): Pakistan People’s Party Secretary General Syed Nair Hussain Bukhari has said that the general elections will be held on the same day and within the specified constitutional period. If Khan wants negotiations, he should go to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif as per Asif Zardari’s suggestion. Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has given a clear and positive message to the parties to negotiate. The sitting people have to give proof of responsibility. There is a division within the Supreme Judiciary. There are differences among the honourable judges. The question is whether to accept the decision of four judges or to accept the decision of three judges.

The suggestion of national experts on constitution and law and real political forces is correct that full bench or larger bench should decide which decision is correct. Nir Bukhari said that the decision of a Supreme Court in the past is still a question mark. But the Supreme Court gave relief to the unconstitutional Pervez Musharraf. First, this decision should be decided. Whether the decision of the three-bench of the Chief Justice is correct, today the whole nation is in confusion. It is responsibility. Nirnakhari has further said that Parliament is the supreme institution. The constitution has been made by the elected representatives of Croat citizens

No institution except Parliament has the authority to legislate. Neer Bukhari has said that the People’s Party does not believe in turning political opposition into enmity. To M. In RD and Shaheed democracy promoted reconciliation politics. President Asif Ali Zardari formed a coalition government. Neer Bukhari has said that to save the country and democracy, Asif Zardari has united the opposition and formed a coalition government. Khan’s position changes repeatedly, the impression is of an irresponsible personality, not the attitude of a responsible politician. Imran abuses America and then holds his feet.

Chairman PPP and Foreign Minister, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s address at National Assembly on the Golden Jubilee of 1973 Constitution

Karachi, April 10, 2023 (PPI-OT):Chairman Pakistan People’s Party, Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in his address at the National Assembly said that today is a historical day for the nation. On this very day in 1973, the foundation of Pakistan’s federal, democratic and Islamic Constitution was laid. The people of Pakistan combatted dictators and faced a plethora of obstacles to emerge as a united nation. The glue that binds all provinces of Pakistan is its Constitution. This day should be included in our syllabus to apprise the future generations of how the basis of the Constitution was laid on 10 April, 1973. This is the day when democracy triumphed and paved the way for Pakistan’s constitutional journey. On this very day, Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto united a divided nation under the Parliament to give the country an Islamic and democratic Constitution, and subsequently, a voice to the poor people of the country. The penalty he received for this was being martyred.

The irony is that those responsible for defending the Constitution were the very entities involved in this crime. A dictator was imposed on the nation, who planted the seeds of extremism and terrorism in the country, the aftermath of which is still being dealt with today. The dictator also introduced the politics of hatred and vengeance that is still combated today. On this very day in 1986, a young woman had reached Lahore to call that dictator out and stood against him. The entire country stood shoulder to shoulder with the brave woman. The dictator’s empire shuddered at her very arrival. Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto lit the torch of democracy and began the journey of the restoration of the 1973 Constitution. She struggled for 30 years for the restoration of the 1973 Constitution. After Dictator Zia-ul-Haq, another dictator, General Pervez Musharraf planted the same seeds of hatred and terrorism. Phony puppets who pretended to be politicians were created.

Today too, those who have benefitted from the undermining of democracy and the Constitution are gathered under one flag, that of the PTI. They are still following the undemocratic politics that began with General Zia and continued with General Musharraf. In 2006, Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto and Nawaz Sharif signed the Charter of Democracy to express their resolve to contest the elections as per their respective manifestos and to face each other in one battleground, that of the elections. They were determined to not let any third party benefit from the competition among political parties. Undemocratic forces often benefit from the enmity among political parties. Since the CoD was signed and it was agreed that political parties would engage in politics and combat one another within boundaries, the same undemocratic forces started concocting their own agenda. They realised that if the democratic forces gathered together, they would be left with no space in the political and economic spheres in the society.

Through the restoration of the 1973 Constitution, the provinces were not only given their rights but also their identity. This had happened for the first time in the history of the country. In 2013, it was the first time in the country’s history that a peaceful transition of power from one elected government to another took place. This was a make or break moment in the history of the country’s political struggle, as a result of which, we experienced some political stability despite the conspiracies. It is a result of the political stability that the country experienced economic stability from 2008 to 2013. This was also a time when projects such as the CPEC brought an influx of opportunities for the people.

Just as we struggled for the sake of democracy for 30 years, certain entities were conspiring against it ever since. It was unbearable for those very entities to see Pakistan flourish as a democratic country. As a response to our accomplishments, a Frankenstein-esque experiment was imposed on us. A selected rule was established in the country with the aim of not only having a puppet sit on the seat of the PM, but to reverse the accomplishments of the past decade. The aim was to reverse the 1973 Constitution. The very Constitution that had united the nation after the creation of Bangladesh.

The ten-year doctrine was made unsuccessful in three years, that too, on April 10, 2022. For the first time in the country’s history, a selected puppet was sent home not with the aid of the judiciary or the establishment, but through a democratic method of the no-confidence. The entirety of the country’s political parties assumed the responsibility of helping the country emerge from the crises that began with the selected puppet. As our hard work continued, so did the conspiracies against our efforts. We kept tolerating the conspiracies for the sake of the country, its institutions and the system. However, it is imperative that on the Golden Jubilee of the Constitution, those conspiracies are unveiled. The doctrine did not end with the removal of the selected puppet. Till today, there are still entities in every institution who are against this democratic journey. Not only are they against this Constitution on an ideological level, but are also opposing this democratic path for their personal benefit. They do not want for the unity among us to prevail.

They still want to usurp the power given to the people through the Constitution and the 18th Amendment and establish a ‘One Unit’ selected rule. The main characters of the conspiracy hatched in the past three years have still not been revealed before the nation. It was a decade-long plan and Imran Niazi was not the sole character. There were other institutions in the country, such as our judiciary, in the history of which there have been judges who have refuted every dictator and written dissenting notes. They were the very judges who refused to send Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto to the gallows. They were the ones who refused to salute Musharraf. Just as there have been honourable and courageous judges in our history, unfortunately we have also seen judges who failed to protect the very Constitution that they vowed to defend and sided with the dictators.

Similar to the doctrine that was being planned for the Parliament, a conspiracy was being hatched in the Supreme Court. When on one side, if a PM was being made to stay for ten years, then on the other some judges were also to be given extensions. Those involved in this are still a part of our honourable judiciary today. Through the no-confidence motion, this conspiracy was also made unsuccessful. There is also another ‘institution’, the usual term for which is a misnomer as it is under the Minister for Defense. There was a conspiracy here too, where the murder of merit was to take place. Someone was to be imposed on this institution for ten years as well.

The plan was to have a selected PM, a selected Chief Justice and a selected Chief of Army Staff to establish a selected martial law. For the world, we would have been a democratic nation but the reality would have been different. We were wrong to assume that the conspiracy would end with the no-confidence motion. It is continued today. The conspiracy is to tear apart the Constitution. We have to work unitedly to defeat this conspiracy. This game is not being played in our institution, and the other has chosen to be neutral. This leaves one place for the game to be continued.

Chairman Bilawal appealed to the honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan to form a democratic consensus within the institution as the judiciary of Pakistan stands at a crossroads. The court can either be one that defends the Constitution of Pakistan with its judges unitedly forming one bench to form a democratic consensus or run a ‘one-man show’ as Justice Minallah calls it a ‘politician in black robes’ who want to tell us that 2 plus 2 is 3 not 4. I am confident that the consensus of the Supreme Court of Pakistan would be democratic and withstand any conspiracy, Chairman Bilawal said. The Chief Justice of Pakistan along with a few judges are insisting on telling the nation that the notes of Justice Yahya Afridi and Justice Athar Minallah.

The people of Pakistan cannot afford the joke that is being played with the Pakistan’s judiciary and the Constitution as part of a bigger game. Our Minister for Finance works day and night so that we can emerge from the financial crisis that the puppet has left us in. We are also initiating an operation against terrorism. The Pakistan People’s Party believes that the way to solve the influx of crises is by forming a consensus and sitting on the negotiating table. The same spirit of responsibility applies to the honourable judiciary as well. If each member of the Supreme Court is not given their due respect, then we cannot solve the democratic crisis. This battle is of the elite and has no connection with the suffering of the people of Pakistan. The financial burden being carried by the common man is before everyone. The Pakistani citizen is left wondering where they will get the next meal from. The interest of the people in this institution or the other has dwindled as they are finding it difficult to survive. People from every stratum of the society are finding it difficult to fend for themselves.

The country needs political stability to combat a variety of issues and that can only be achieved when the institutions of the country perform their duties within their constitutional domains, not by acting as someone’s political wing. Unity and consensus are the way forward. Today too, the Pakistan People’s Party is ready to defend the Constitution. It is hoped that even a hundred years from now, the Constitution Day of Pakistan would be celebrated, Chairman Bilawal said.

Today is a historic day for the nation as the foundation of the Federal, Democratic and Islamic Constitution of Pakistan was laid on this day in 1973: Chairman Pakistan People’s Party and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari

Karachi, April 10, 2023 (PPI-OT):Chairman Pakistan People’s Party, Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in his address in the National Assembly said that today is a historic day for the nation. On this day in 1973, the foundation of the federal, democratic and Islamic constitution of Pakistan was laid. The people of Pakistan resisted dictators and faced numerous obstacles to emerge as a united nation. The constitution of Pakistan is the chain connecting all the provinces. This constitution should be included in our curriculum so that the coming generations know that the foundation of the constitution was laid on 10th April 1973. This is the day when democracy won and paved the way for the constitutional journey of Pakistan. On the same day, Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto united a divided nation under the parliament and gave the country an Islamic and democratic constitution and after that became the voice of the poor people of the country. He was punished by being martyred.

Ironically, the very institutions responsible for the defense of the Constitution were the very ones responsible for this crime I was involved. A dictator was imposed on the nation, who sowed the seeds of extremism and terrorism in the country, the consequences of which the country is still suffering. The dictator also introduced a politics of hatred and revenge that is still contested today. On the same day in 1986, a female fighter had reached Lahore to confront this dictator and stood against him. The whole country stood with this helpless girl. Martyr Ms. Benazir Bhutto lit the torch of democracy and started the journey to restore the 1973 Constitution. He fought for 30 years for the restoration of the 1973 constitution. After dictator Ziaul Haq, another dictator, General Pervez Musharraf, sowed the same seeds of hatred and terrorism. False puppets were created who pretended to be politicians. Even today, those who benefit from trampling democracy and the constitution are gathered under the flag of Tehreek-e-Insaf.

They are still following the undemocratic politics which was started by General Zia and continued by General Musharraf kept In 2006, Shaheed Ms. Benazir Bhutto and Nawaz Sharif signed the Charter of Democracy to express their determination to contest the elections according to their respective manifestos and face each other on the same field, namely the elections. He was determined not to allow any third party to benefit from competition between political parties. Anti-democratic forces often take advantage of the rivalry of political parties. Since the Charter of Democracy was signed and it was agreed that political parties would participate in politics and compete with each other, these same undemocratic forces started to create their own agenda. He felt that if the democratic forces were to unite, there would be no place left for them in the political and economic fields of society. Through the restoration of the 1973 constitution, the provinces were not only given their rights but also their identity.

This happened for the first time in the country’s history. In 2013, this country’s history It was the first time that there was a peaceful transfer of power from one elected government to another. It was such a moment in the history of the country’s political struggle that we achieved political stability despite conspiracies. It is a result of political stability that the country also saw economic stability from 2008 to 2013. It was also a time when projects like CPEC brought opportunities to people. As we fought for democracy for 30 years, since then some institutions were conspiring against it. It was unbearable for these institutions to see Pakistan flourish as a democratic country. As a response to our successes, a Frankenstein -esque experiment was imposed on us. A Select Raj was being established in the country which was not only to install a puppet on the Prime Minister’s seat but also to wrap up our achievements of the last ten years.

It was intended to overturn the 1973 Constitution. The constitution that established Bangladesh After that, the nation was united. We failed the ten-year plan in three years, that too on April 10, 2022. For the first time in the country’s history, an elected puppet was sent home not with the help of the judiciary or the establishment, but through a no-confidence motion. We adopted a democratic method of no-confidence motion. We have been tolerating conspiracies for the sake of the country, its institutions and system. However, it is necessary to expose these conspiracies on the Golden Jubilee of the Constitution. The project did not end with the removal of the puppet. Till date there are people in every institution who are against this democratic journey. They are not only against this constitution on ideological level but also opposing this democratic path for their own personal gain. They don’t want unity between us. They still want to usurp the power given to the people by the Constitution and the 18th Amendment and establish ‘one unit’ elected rule.

At the heart of the conspiracy hatched in the last three years The characters are yet to be revealed to the nation. It was a decade-long project and Imran Niazi was not the only character. There were other institutions in the country, like our judiciary, whose history has had judges who have opposed every dictator and written dissenting notes. It was the same judge who refused to hang Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. It was they who refused to salute Musharraf. Just as there have been honourable and courageous judges in our history, unfortunately we have also seen judges who failed to protect the Constitution they pledged to defend and sided with dictators. As the doctrine was being planned for Parliament, a conspiracy was also being hatched in the Supreme Court. While on one hand the prime minister was being asked to stay for ten years, on the other hand some judges were also being extended. The people involved in it are still part of our honourable judiciary. This conspiracy through a motion of no confidence was also thwarted. There is another department called the Institute and it is under the Minister of Defence.

There was also a conspiracy here, where Merritt was to be killed. Someone was also to be imposed on this body for ten years. The plan was to establish a selected Prime Minister, a selected Chief Justice and a selected Chief of Army Staff a selected Marshal. We were wrong to think that a no-confidence motion would end the conspiracy. It continues today. There is a conspiracy to break the constitution. We have to work together to defeat this conspiracy. This game is not being played in our institution i.e. Parliament and another institution has decided to be neutral. Now only the judiciary remains. Chairman Bilawal appealed to the Honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan to create a democratic consensus within the institution as the judiciary of Pakistan stands at a crossroads. The court can either be one that defends the constitution of Pakistan and its judges Kur forms a bench for democratic consensus or runs a ‘one-man show’ as Justice Atharmanullah calls it ‘politicians in black’ want to tell us. That 2 plus 2 is 4 not 3. I am sure that the consensus of the Supreme Court of Pakistan will be democratic and will counter any conspiracy, Chairman Bilawal said.

The Chief Justice of Pakistan is trying to convey that the notes of the four judges are of no importance. The people of Pakistan cannot afford this joke which is being played as a big game with the judiciary and constitution of Pakistan. Our finance minister is working day and night to get us out of the financial crisis that the puppet has left us in. We are also starting operations against terrorism. Pakistan People’s Party believes that the way to solve the crises is to establish a consensus and sit at the negotiation table. The same sense of responsibility applies to the honourable judiciary. We cannot solve the democratic crisis if every member of the Supreme Court is not respected. This war is of the elite and has nothing to do with the sufferings of the Pakistani people. The financial burden that the common man is carrying is in front of everyone. Citizens of Pakistan are facing difficulties to get their food. People have lost interest in this institution or the other because it is becoming difficult for them to survive.

It has become difficult for people belonging to every section of the society to make a living. The country needs political stability to deal with various issues and this can only be achieved when the institutions of the country perform their duties within their constitutional framework and not by acting as political wings of anyone. Unity and consensus is the way forward. Even today Pakistan People’s Party is ready to defend the constitution. Chairman Bilawal said that it is hoped that Constitution Day of Pakistan will be celebrated even after 100 years from today. If respect is not given, we cannot solve the democratic crisis. This war is of the elite and has nothing to do with the sufferings of the Pakistani people. The financial burden that the common man is carrying is in front of everyone. President Asif Ali Zardari’s address at National Assembly on the Golden Jubilee of 1973 Constitution

Karachi, April 10, 2023 (PPI-OT):President of Pakistan and President Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarians, Asif Ali Zardari addressing the National Assembly said that he is a witness of history. “By the grace of the Almighty Allah, we were able to restore the 1973 Constitution. However, what was dreamt by Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, Wali Khan, Mufti Mehmood and others remains to be fulfilled”.

The Constitution of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was suspended in the garb of a new religious order. The PPP has never used religion for its political gain. I have spent fourteen years of solitary confinement in prison and walked the halls of history, President Zardari said. Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto used to say that some things are taken to the grave. This is because we are among those who created Pakistan and also are responsible for protecting it. We will not leave the future generations with a divided country. We will not let anyone play with the Constitution. Those trying to create enmity among allies will not be successful. This is not the first time that the court has given a notice. Masood Sharif was also given a notice to explain himself for bugging the court. He is on record to have stated that the court was engaging in politics and it was his duty as the DG of the Intelligence Bureau to intervene.

The Pakistan People’s Party has always raised the slogan of Pakistan. We have been protecting Pakistan and our determination is the same today. As long as we can, we will help the country and its democracy flourish. People keep saying that the country will default and go bankrupt. Did Japan go bankrupt? Did Korea go bankrupt? There was a time when Argentina’s currency was at par with the dollar and today, it is faring below ours. There was a time when India, a country ten times bigger than ours, had only a billion dollar in its reserves and sent its gold to Switzerland to get a tranche from the IMF. Pakistan will surely emerge, and we will see to it that it does. Our country is that of commodities and they hold value in the world today.

President Zardari said that he has witnessed suo-moto against him. Attempts were made to conjure witnesses but were unsuccessful. My sister was taken to the prison at midnight on the occasion of Eid. No suo-moto was taken at the time. There were cameras in our washrooms, and we submitted applications but no development took place. A listening device was caught in my hospital room and presented before the court but no action was taken. We unitedly made the 18th Amendment and NFC Awards possible. We raised our voices for the rights of Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Balochistan will evolve and is home to people with political minds, but we have to talk to them and engage them. Currently, an enemy state has created an environment that does not allow for talks to take place. However, we will go to Balochistan and to KP.

Under PPP, Pakistan signed the currency swap with five countries. Today, the world is following suit as counties such as China, Russia, Malaysia and India are beginning inter-currency transactions. India buys oil from Russia, refines it and then exports it. There is nothing that Pakistan cannot do. Good things take time and rushed judgements are hushed judgements as they do not strengthen democracy or the country but pave the way for chaos. We cannot afford chaos. We can request the PM for a dialogue with the opposition, but they have to come to him as he is the PM. The government of its time, led by the PM is the only valid authority to do a dialogue. One cannot walk into a dialogue with pre-conditions. It does not suit a government to go into a clash. We cannot go into a clash at a time when people cannot feed their children. We know that they have enough money to pay their workers to work up a riot. We know where the money is coming from. The funds given to them by the people are for the sake of charity and they have no right to use them for their politics.

The court in its own judgement had earlier stated that all judges are equal. How can it not consider the judgements of its fellow judges? The whole nation needs to think and ponder. Rest assured, we are not weak as we are political forces. We do not sit here because somebody made us do so, but because we have won our elections, the majority, the no-confidence against Tiger Niazi and we have won the vote of confidence. We did not ask him to walk out of the Parliament, he did that himself. Now, he is pressurising the courts and we cannot accept some portion of the judiciary or the ex-establishment ganging up on us. We will fight as we have no fear of these so-called ‘democrats’. If they think we can be cowed down, they have got another thing coming, President Zardari said. The NRO was the apology that was owed to us. It was our aim to have it be written in history that we were apologised to.

We have given this soil our blood and will continue to do so, President Zardari resolved.

President Asif Ali Zardari’s message on the Golden Jubilee of the 1973 Constitution

Karachi, April 09, 2023 (PPI-OT):Former President of Pakistan and President Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarians, Asif Ali Zardari while congratulating the nation in his message on the occasion of the Golden Jubilee of the 1973 Constitution expressed his determination to render any sacrifice necessary for the protection of the Constitution. He said that the 1973 Constitution was gifted to the people by Quaid-e-Awam, Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. It is a document that was formed by consensus and has the signatures of all the members of the National Assembly.

Asif Ali Zardari said that the importance of the 1973 Constitution can be gauged by how all the members in the National Assembly with different political and religious affiliations had signed the document, agreeing to the Constitution. He paid homage to all the politicians who signed the 1973 Constitution. He saluted the heroes of PPP who rendered great sacrifices for the restoration of the Constitution under the leadership of the Mother of Democracy, Begum Nusrat Bhutto and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto.

President Zardari said that the restoration of the 1973 Constitution in its original form was the mission of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto’s life. This was achieved by restoring the Constitution in its original form through the 18th Constitutional Amendment. He said that the elected parliament of Pakistan is the biggest court of the people. All would have to surrender before this court, Asif Ali Zardari said. President Zardari said that our country is facing difficulties today as some elements had deviated from the Constitution. Hence, now is the time that we all follow the Constitution for the sake of the nation and the country. The power to make future decisions for the country should be left to the Parliament.
