Mardan, A significant partnership has been formed between the University of Engineering and Technology Mardan and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cities Improvement Project (KPCIP) under the Local Government, aimed at enhancing academic and professional opportunities for students. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was officially signed in a ceremony, setting the stage for future collaborations that will include internships and scholarships.
According to University of Engineering and Technology – Mardan, the MoU signing ceremony saw the participation of key figures from both institutions, including Dr. Tariq Sadaad, Director of ORIC, and Engr. Mashal Khan, Career Liaison Officer from UET Mardan. They were joined by Madam Mahnaz Iftikhar, Director of Gender and Inclusion at the Project Management Unit in Peshawar, and Sadia Umar, Gender Coordinator, along with the team from the City Implementation Unit Mardan. This partnership is poised to open new avenues for students and alumni to gain practical experience and financial support through targeted programs.
This initiative not only aims to provide valuable career opportunities but also emphasizes gender inclusion and development, aligning with broader educational and community growth objectives in the region.
