Islamabad, August 29, 2022 (PPI-OT):Former President of Pakistan and President Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians, Asif Ali Zardari strongly condemning initiation of a case against a journalist, Waqar Satti has demanded of the federal government to provide legal aid and protection to the journalist.
In a statement President Zardari said that putting the life of a journalist under threat just because of difference of opinion is highly condemnable act. Whatever Waqar Satti narrated was exactly the same as a politician had said in the media. It is a very dangerous trend to link the criticism on a politician to religion. He demanded the federal government to provide protection and legal aid to journalist Waqar Satti.
