Islamabad, April 11, 2022 (PPI-OT):Central Information Secretary of PPP-P and member of the National Assembly Shazia Atta Marri has said that Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Qasim Suri has used the Speaker’s chair for political purposes and he was trying to restrict Chairman PPP from addressing in the National Assembly session and it proves that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is on the minds and nerves of Imran Khan and his companions. This she said in a statement issued hereon today.
Ms Marri said that Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri has set worst parliamentary tradition today by postponing the session without the speech of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto in the National Assembly. It was foolish act of Qasim Suri to chair the National Assembly session after announcement of resignations of the PTI members.
Qasim Suri has lost the moral authority of presiding the session of the National Assembly and even though, while leaving the government, Imran Khan and his companions have proved that they are not capable of representing the people in the assemblies by committing such heinous acts. She said that today, it has been proved that the proposed motion of the Chairman Bilawal Bhutto was the only way to get rid of Imran Khan’s government.
