Calls for Higher Minimum Wage and Benefits for Workers at Karachi Labor Day Seminar

Karachi, At a Labor Day seminar organized by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Labor Wing in Karachi, key figures including Rana Muhammad Azam and Naeem Adil Sheikh advocated for significant improvements in workers’ compensation and benefits. They proposed raising the minimum wage to fifty thousand rupees and providing free health and education facilities to laborers.

According to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, the event at Insaf House aimed to honor the contributions of workers to the nation’s economy and discuss key issues affecting their welfare.
