Jamshoro, Mehran University of Engineering and Technology is currently seeking a Research Associate for a new project focused on the automated quantification of non-calcified coronary plaques using cardiac CT imaging. The position is contract-based, lasting one year with a possibility of extension depending on performance.

According to Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, the ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field and should demonstrate a strong motivation for qualitative research. The project requires skills in image processing and familiarity with software tools such as MATLAB or Python imaging libraries. Additionally, candidates currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program are highly encouraged to apply.
