Faisalabad, The ‘Wujood-e-Zan’ event, celebrated at the National Textile University on March 6th, highlighted the entrepreneurial spirit of women in Faisalabad, providing a platform for small businesswomen to showcase and expand their ventures. Sponsored by Kamal Cares and hosted under the HEC Youth Development Centre, the event served as a vibrant marketplace for women to present their products and network with potential collaborators and customers.

According to National Textile University, the initiative, inaugurated by Deputy Registrar Ms. Rubina Mustaf, was marked by an exhibition of diverse businesses ranging from artisan crafts to culinary enterprises. Mustaf praised the event for promoting women’s economic empowerment and fostering an environment supportive of their business aspirations.

‘Wujood-e-Zan’ not only commemorated International Women’s Day but also emphasized the critical role of inclusive spaces in nurturing the business acumen of women, aligning with broader goals of gender equality and economic development.
