Kotli, The University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir is set to celebrate its 5th Convocation in the last week of April 2024, with the exact date to be confirmed later through the university’s official channels. Graduates from various degree programs will convene at the main campus for the grand event, with participation in the rehearsal day being mandatory.

According to University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir, graduates must register for the event starting April 2nd, 2024, and complete their registration by April 20th, 2024. The convocation registration fee has been set at Rs. 3850/- per student, which can be deposited using the prescribed university challan form or by sending a bank draft to the treasurer’s office.

The university’s website, www.uokajk.edu.pk, provides access to the registration form and the list of gold medalist students. It is compulsory for all graduates to register for the convocation to attend, even if they have already received their degrees.

In an effort to maintain decorum, each gold medalist is allowed to bring a maximum of two guests, while other graduates are permitted one guest each.

The convocation is a significant occasion that recognizes the academic achievements of students across various disciplines, including M.Phil., MS, MBA, MA, and bachelor’s degree programs such as BS Commerce, B.Ed. (Hons) Elementary, and Bachelor of Business Administration, among others.
