Islamabad, The Virtual University of Pakistan has issued an announcement regarding the physical verification of educational documents for newly admitted students during the upcoming mid-semester examinations in Fall 2023. The university emphasizes the importance of this process for all provisionally admitted students who have not yet completed the verification of their original result cards.
According to Virtual University of Pakistan, the notice is specifically directed at newly admitted students for the Fall 2023 session who have received an email from the Registrar’s Department regarding the physical verification of their documents. This verification process is a crucial step for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of student records.
Students are required to bring original academic transcripts, result cards, degrees, certificates, their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or B-Form, two attested passport-size photographs with a blue background, and two sets of attested copies of all educational documents and CNIC/B-Form to the examination center. The Exam Superintendent will oversee the verification and collection of these attested copies during the mid-semester exams.
The university warns that failure to complete this verification could result in the blocking of the student’s Learning Management System (LMS) access and subsequent cancellation of admission. The announcement also clarifies that this process is not applicable to students who have already confirmed their admissions by presenting their original documents at the respective campus or office, as well as to overseas students.
