Lahore, The University of the Punjab is scheduled to hold the public defense of Mr. Babar Hussain’s Ph.D. dissertation on Monday, July 1, 2024. The event, focusing on real-estate crimes against overseas Pakistanis, will commence at 11:00 a.m. at the Institute of Social and Cultural Studies.
According to University of the Punjab, Mr. Hussain’s dissertation, titled “Real-Estate Crimes against Overseas Pakistanis: Contributing Factors, Modus Operandi and Combating Strategies,” investigates the complexities and challenges faced by overseas Pakistanis in the real estate sector. This research aims to uncover the underlying factors contributing to crimes in this area, the common methods employed by perpetrators, and effective strategies to combat these crimes.
The session promises to offer in-depth insights into an issue that affects a significant number of Pakistani expatriates and aims to provide practical solutions to safeguard their investments.
