The Spokesperson of the Chairman PPP, Zulfikar Ali Bader’s statement regarding on May 9

Karachi, May 19, 2023 (PPI-OT): Spokesperson of the Chairman Pakistan People’s Party, Mr. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, said in his statement regarding May 9 that it has become a dark day in Pakistan’s history and will be remembered like May 25, as this time too, the same party had burnt vehicles and damaged the private property. PPP’s leadership and party’s stand is very clear about this incident.

Mr. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Chairman Pakistan People’s Party said on the floor of the National Assembly that there are people with whom we would not even like to sit otherwise but we understand the need to sit with them for the sake of democracy and Pakistan only. All political parties are sitting in solidarity, shoulder to shoulder. Chairman PPP has also manifested this clearly that as long as Imran Khan and PTI do not apologise for the dark day of May 9, we will not commence any sort of negotiations with him and his party.
