Lahore, November 8, 2023: Punjab University has conferred a PhD degree in Islamic Studies to Zahid Farooq, son of Salamat Ali, after the successful approval of his thesis titled ‘Contemporary Laws of Political Asylum: A Study in the Context of Islamic Sharia’.
