Pro-Chancellor of IIUI Arrives in Islamabad for Key University Events

Karachi: H.E. Professor Dr. Ahmad Salem Muhammad Al-Ameri, Pro-Chancellor of the International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) and President of Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University, along with a delegation, arrived at Islamabad Airport. The Pro-Chancellor was warmly received at the VIP lounge by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki, Rector IIUI Prof. Dr. Samina Malik, and President IIUI, Dr. Hathal Homoud Alotaibi.

According to IIUI, The welcoming party also included Vice President of Administration and Finance, Dr. N.B Jumani, Vice President of Research and Enterprise, Dr. Ahmed Shuja Syed, and the Additional Secretary of Education.

During his visit, Professor Al-Ameri will participate in the 12th convocation of IIUI. He is scheduled to have interactive sessions with the university’s faculty and employees. Additionally, he will inaugurate the Centre for Advanced Electronics & Photovoltaic Engineering (CAEPE), recently relocated to a newly built block at the new campus. The Pro-Chancellor is also set to inaugurate the IIUI SMART WEATHER STATION at the campus.
