FAISALABAD, The Department of Textile Engineering (Garments Manufacturing) at the School of Engineering and Technology (SET) of National Textile University celebrated the opening ceremony of its Intra-Departmental Sports on December 4, 2023.

According to National Textile University, the event took place at the university’s cricket ground in Faisalabad and was inaugurated by Dr. Munir Ashraf, Associate Professor and Chairman of the Department of Textile Engineering (DTE).

The ceremony was graced by the presence of esteemed faculty members including Dr. Aqsa Imran, Coordinator of the Department of Garments Manufacturing, and assistant professors Dr. Madeha Jabbar, Dr. Fatima Iftikhar, Dr. Shagufta Riaz, and Dr. Shahood Uz Zaman, who also serves as the Sports Coordinator. Additionally, sports officers Mr. Pervaiz Akhtar and Mr. Imran Ali were in attendance, highlighting the university’s commitment to fostering a well-rounded educational environment.
