LAHORE, The Virtual University of Pakistan has extended the deadline for physical document verification for students who were provisionally admitted during the Fall 2023 admissions. The new deadline is set for December 8, 2023, allowing students additional time to complete this essential process. This extension is aimed at ensuring that all students can comfortably submit their documents without facing time constraints.

According to Virtual University of Pakistan, this extension applies to students who were provisionally admitted during the Fall 2023 admissions and were initially instructed via email to visit the Virtual University offices or campus for the verification of their educational documents. The students are advised to visit the nearest VU office or campus between November 28, 2023, and December 8, 2023, for this purpose. Overseas students will receive further instructions via email.

The university has made it clear that students who fail to verify their documents by December 4, 2023, will not be eligible to appear for mid-semester examinations, and their admissions will be cancelled and marked as “Withdrawn”. Physical verification of documents is mandatory for all students. They are required to bring original academic transcripts, result cards, degrees, certificates, their CNIC or B-Form, two attested passport-size photographs with a blue background, and two sets of attested copies of all educational documents.
