Lahore, May 31, 2022 (PPI-OT):The International Conference on Chemical and Material Sciences was held at the Expo Centre on May 21, 2022, by the Chemistry Department of the University of Lahore.
The conference’s Patron-in-Chief was Mr. Awais Raoof (Chairman, BoG), and the Chief Guest was Prof. Dr. Talat Naseer Pasha (Vice Chancellor, University of Education). The chief organizers were Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ashraf (Rector, UOL), Prof. Dr. Muhammad Iqbal (Director, ORIC), Dr. Arif Nazir (Head, Department of Chemistry), Dr. Faiza Hassan (Associate Professor and Chemistry Department Programme Coordinator), and Dr. Umer Younis (Conference Secretary).
Several national and international speakers expressed their perspectives at the conference. The conference had one main session and three parallel sessions attended by around 20 researchers from various renowned universities of Pakistan including LUMS, FCCU, GCU, UAF, QAU, etc.
