Abrar Ahmed Suffers Discomfort During Game, Sent for MRI Scan

Canberra, Pakistani leg-spinner Abrar Ahmed experienced discomfort in his right leg after bowling eight overs on the third day of the four-day game against the Prime Minister’s XI. Consequently, the 25-year-old cricketer was taken off the field for further examination.

According to Pakistan Cricket Board, Abrar Ahmed was sent for an MRI scan following his complaint. The details of his condition will be shared after the medical panel reviews the MRI reports. Abrar has contributed a total of 27 overs in the game against the Prime Minister’s XI. This four-day game is part of Pakistan’s preparation for their upcoming three-match Test series against Australia, scheduled from December 14, 2023, to January 7, 2024.
