Peshawar, In response to the recent tender notices published on June 8 and 9, 2024, in The Daily Aaj, The Daily Mashriq, The Daily Dawn, and on the KPPRA website, FATA University has released a corrigendum concerning the solarization project of its campus buildings.

According to FATA University, the corrigendum includes several important amendments to the initial tender notice. Notably, the description of the work for each building has been corrected from “Hybrid off grid system” to “Solarization.” This change aligns with the university’s goal of implementing solar energy solutions rather than hybrid systems.

Additionally, the bidding documents along with the Request for Proposal (RFP) are now available at the Directorate of Works at FATA University. Interested parties can obtain these documents for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000.00 to cover printing charges. The documents will be available until July 1, 2024, at 4:00 P.M., during official working hours.

The submission deadline for sealed bids, both technical and financial, is set for July 2, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. Bids must be delivered by registered courier services; no hand-delivered bids will be accepted. The technical bids are scheduled to be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the committee room of FATA University, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

The university has confirmed that other terms and conditions outlined in the initial Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) remain unchanged despite these amendments.
