According to The University of Haripur, the session featured Dr. Russell Campion, Head of the Department of Computing at Staffordshire University, and Dr. Ateeq Ur Rehman, a lecturer and researcher from the same institution. They provided a comprehensive overview of the steps involved in applying to UK universities, focusing on essential deadlines and documentation.

The event was also attended by Mr. Athar Kaleem, Director of IT Services at Haripur, Dr. Mudassir, a lecturer, and members of the Programmer and Development team from the Directorate of IT Service, including Mr. Nouman Qureshi and Syed Mehboob Ali Shah.
