Lahore, In a striking defense of the personal dignity of Bushra Begum, Musarat Jamshed Cheema, a central leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), criticized the recent attacks against her and emphasized the unyielding spirit of the party’s founder.

According to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Cheema expressed deep dismay over the level to which political opposition has stooped, necessitating veiled girls to defend their mothers’ honor by swearing on the Quran. She voiced a heartfelt prayer for Allah to grant Bushra Begum the fortitude to withstand these attacks and to bolster the resilience of PTI’s founder. Cheema further condemned the current leadership’s tactics, stating that they are not advancing the country but rather leading it into a moral decline. She called for an immediate reevaluation of these methods and a more attentive response to the populace’s demands.
