The general elections will be held on the same day and within the specified constitutional period, Secretary General of Pakistan People’s Party Syed Nayar Hussain Bukhari

Karachi, April 12, 2023 (PPI-OT): Pakistan People’s Party Secretary General Syed Nair Hussain Bukhari has said that the general elections will be held on the same day and within the specified constitutional period. If Khan wants negotiations, he should go to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif as per Asif Zardari’s suggestion. Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has given a clear and positive message to the parties to negotiate. The sitting people have to give proof of responsibility. There is a division within the Supreme Judiciary. There are differences among the honourable judges. The question is whether to accept the decision of four judges or to accept the decision of three judges.

The suggestion of national experts on constitution and law and real political forces is correct that full bench or larger bench should decide which decision is correct. Nir Bukhari said that the decision of a Supreme Court in the past is still a question mark. But the Supreme Court gave relief to the unconstitutional Pervez Musharraf. First, this decision should be decided. Whether the decision of the three-bench of the Chief Justice is correct, today the whole nation is in confusion. It is responsibility. Nirnakhari has further said that Parliament is the supreme institution. The constitution has been made by the elected representatives of Croat citizens

No institution except Parliament has the authority to legislate. Neer Bukhari has said that the People’s Party does not believe in turning political opposition into enmity. To M. In RD and Shaheed democracy promoted reconciliation politics. President Asif Ali Zardari formed a coalition government. Neer Bukhari has said that to save the country and democracy, Asif Zardari has united the opposition and formed a coalition government. Khan’s position changes repeatedly, the impression is of an irresponsible personality, not the attitude of a responsible politician. Imran abuses America and then holds his feet.

Rizwan and Babar continue battle for number one in MRF Tyres T20I Player Rankings

Dubai, April 12, 2023 (PPI-OT): The race for number one batting position in the MRF Tyres ICC Men’s T20I Player Rankings continues between Pakistan duo Mohammed Rizwan and his captain, Babar Azam. The pair hold second and third place respectively in the rankings, behind India’s Suryakumar Yadav, who comfortably occupies number one with 906 rating points. Rizwan sits with 811 points, with Babar on 755. A new number one could emerge at the conclusion of Pakistan’s five-match T20I series against New Zealand beginning on Saturday. Meanwhile, New Zealand opening batter, Tim Seifert, soared 1 245 slots to 36th after hitting back-to-back half-centuries in his side’s victorious, 2-1 home series against Sri Lanka over the past week.

The Islanders’ spinner, Maheesh Theekshana leaped five places to a career-best number five spot in the bowling list, sharing his place with England’s Adil Rashid. Meanwhile, Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan continues to inhabit the top position with 710 rating points but is also closely followed by his teammate, Fazalhoq Farooqi, with 692 points in second place. The MRF Tyres ICC Men’s Test Player Rankings saw few movements following Bangladesh’s match against Ireland. Only Mushfiqur Rahim made significant gains in the batting list, moving up five slots from 22nd to 17th. Ireland’s Lorcan Tucker and Harry Tector made their first entries to the list in 70th and 90th place respectively.

India’s Ravichandran Ashwin continues to lead the bowling list, with the only significant movements coming from Bangladesh’s duo of Taijul Islam who slid three places to 20th and newly announced ICC Men’s Player of the Month and skipper, Shakib Al Hassan skipping two places to number 26. The ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier Play-off saw the rise of several Associate Member players in the MRF Tyres ICC Men’s ODI Player Rankings. While Babar continues his reign over the batting list, the USA’s Steven Taylor jumped leaped 13 slots to 61st, with the United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) Muhammad Waseem jumping 12 spots to 65th, with his teammate Asif Khan going up nine places to 88th. Papua New Guinea’s (PNG) Tony Ura rose six places to reach his career-best place of 93rd. Namibia’s Ruben Trumpelmann now also occupies a personal best place of number 41 in the bowling list which is led by Australia’s Josh Hazlewood at 705 points.

Star all-rounders Shakib and Ishimwe clinch ICC Player of the Month awards for March

Dubai, April 12, 2023 (PPI-OT): The International Cricket Council (ICC) today announced the winners of the ICC Player of the Month awards for March 2023, with Bangladesh’s Shakib Al Hasan scooping the ICC Men’s Player of the Month, and Rwanda’s Henriette Ishimwe named the ICC Women’s Player of the Month. Both all-rounders edged out their fellow contenders following a vote conducted among a specialist panel – comprising ICC Hall of Famers, former international players, and media representatives – and global cricket fans registered at icc-cricket.com, who had been voting since the nominees were announced last week.

In claiming the ICC Men’s Player of the Month for March, Shakib wins his second Player of the Month crown after first winning back in July 2021. He triumphs following a string of fine displays with bat and ball, cementing his position at the summit of the MRF Tyres ICC Men’s T20I Player Rankings for all-rounders. As well as an impressive series win over Ireland, Shakib was instrumental in securing an historic 3-0 T20I series victory over touring world champions England. All-rounder Ishimwe started the year at the heart of the Rwandan team that lit up the inaugural ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup in South Africa. Her breakout tournament included a memorable four wickets in four balls in the win over Zimbabwe, and she carried that form into the Nigeria Cricket Federation (NCF) Women’s T20I Tournament last month. 92 runs and 9 wickets in March, which included another hattrick sees her become only the second female from an Associate Member to win the ICC Player of the Month award.

ICC Men’s Player of the Month, March 2023 – Shakib Al Hasan with 12 short format games throughout the month, Bangladesh had plenty of game-time in March, and their formidable short-format maestro Shakib was once again a key contributor to their success against England and Ireland. Opening the month with an ODI series against England, the all-rounder registered two half-centuries, the second of which coming in a familiar scintillating all-round display. A consolation win in Chattogram was inspired by Shakib, first thanks to his 75 in 71 balls and then with the ball as he took four for 35 in ten overs to seal a 50-run win. In the T20I series that followed, Shakib skippered his side to a decisive 3-0 victory, with valuable runs in the first encounter, and key wickets across all three matches, in a string of impressive team displays characterised by excellent fielding and disciplined bowling.

No fewer than four days separated England’s departure and the first ODI against Ireland, and Shakib once more took up the task with aplomb, top scoring with 93 in 89 balls as Bangladesh comfortably won by 183 runs, setting the tone for another series victory. His final performances in the month came in the form of three T20Is against Ireland, and Bangladesh sealed the series thanks to another outstanding display from the top-ranked all-rounder. A quick-fire 38 from 24 balls rocketed the hosts to 202 for 3 from their 20 overs, before Shakib’s bowling prowess dismantled the Ireland chase with a brilliant five for 22 from his four overs. Reflecting on another ICC Men’s Player of the Month prize, Shakib added, “I am honoured to win the award and would like to thank the expert panellists who have voted for me. This is a recognition I greatly value because there are so many special performances in a month from a number of amazing cricketers.

“If I was to pick my highlight from the past month, it has to be the T20 series sweep against England and, with the team continuing to perform beautifully as a unit in all departments, it is easier for me now to concentrate on my role and contribute.” Shakib overcame fellow nominees Asif Khan of UAE and Kane Williamson of New Zealand in the global vote, and former Sri Lanka international Farveez Maharoof elaborated on Shakib’s win, “Shakib gets my vote for his overall contribution to Bangladesh’s success last month, notably beating a top side like England.

“While all three candidates have enjoyed excellent periods, for me he has been the standout player and a deserving Men’s Player of the Month for March.” Ishimwe’s blistering start to 2023 at the U19 Women’s T20 World Cup helped her make a name for herself on the world stage, and a little over two months later, she finds herself in the headlines again after enjoying plenty of success in March’s NCF Women’s T20I Tournament in Lagos. The 20-year-old was the star player in Rwanda’s opening match against Ghana, firstly coming in at number three and smashing a brisk 32 in 22 balls. Defending a healthy total, Ishimwe and her fellow bowlers then took apart the reply, taking wickets at regular intervals and ending with a flourish, as the pacer took another hattrick to end the game and seal a 117-run victory.

Despite a quieter display with the ball in the next match against Sierra Leone, Ishimwe contributed significantly once more by top scoring at the crease and steering her side home in a five-wicket win. She saved her most complete performance for the third and final fixture in the calendar month against Cameroon. Coming to the crease early on, Ishimwe starred in a 90-run partnership with her namesake Gisele Ishimwe, and her 43 in 33 balls steered her side to a competitive total. Cameroon faltered in their reply, and Ishimwe took advantage – her full, straight pace bowling securing a five-wicket haul for 6 runs conceded, cementing her status as an eye-catching prospect in the women’s game. Reacting to her award win, Ishimwe commented, “I am humbled and honoured to win this award for my performances in the last month.

“I owe this award to the many people who have supported me throughout my journey in cricket. To my coaches, who have invested countless hours into my training and development, to my teammates, who have been my source of inspiration and motivation, and to my family and friends, who have always stood by me, and above all, the almighty God, who has made all this possible. “I look forward to continuing to contribute to the world of cricket and win more matches for my country.” Ishimwe emerged victorious in the voting process, beating Sibona Jimmy and Ravini Oa (both PNG), who were shortlisted based on strong performances in the Pacific Island Women’s Cricket Challenge.

Former South Africa international and ICC Player of the Month voting panel member, Ashwell Prince added, “Henriette boasts some incredible statistics from her games in March and it’s clear to see that she’s a talented prospect in the women’s game. In what is a really exciting time for women’s cricket, I’m looking forward to seeing how she develops in the years to come.” Fans can continue to vote every month for their favourite male and female cricketers across all formats of international cricket as part of the ICC Player of the Month initiative by registering at www.icc-cricket.com/awards.

DETAILS OF THE CASE: During the Class Period, defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) the Company’s Precision Scheduled Railroading (“PSR”), including its use of longer, heavier trains staffed by fewer personnel, had led to the Company suffering increased train derailments and a materially increased risk of future derailments; (2) the Company’s PSR, including its use of longer, heavier trains staffed by fewer personnel, was part of a culture of increased risk-taking at the expense of reasonable safety precautions due to the Company’s near-term focus solely on profits; (3) the Company’s PSR, including its use of longer, heavier trains staffed by fewer personnel, rendered the Company more vulnerable to train derailments and train derailments with potentially more severe human, financial, legal, and environmental consequences; (4) the Company’s capital spending and replacement programs were designed to prioritize profits over the Company’s ability to provide safe, efficient, and reliable rail transportation services; (5) the Company’s lobbying efforts had undermined the Company’s ability to provide safe, efficient, and reliable rail transportation services; (6) the Company’s commitment to reducing operating expenses as part of its PSR goals undermined worker safety and the Company’s purported “commitment to an injury free workplace” because the Company’s PSR plan prioritized reducing expenses through fewer personnel, longer trains, and less spending on safety training, technology, and equipment such as hot bearing wayside detectors (a/k/a “hotboxes”) and acoustic sensors; (7) the Company’s rail services were, as a result of its adoption of PSR principles, more susceptible to accidents that could cause serious economic and bodily harm to the Company, the Company’s workers, the Company’s customers, third parties, and the environment; (8) the Company had failed to put in place responsive practices and procedures to minimize the threat to communities in the event that these communities suffered the derailment of a Norfolk Southern train carrying hazardous and toxic materials; and (9) as a result, defendants’ Class Period statements detailed above regarding the safety of Norfolk Southern’s operations were materially false and/or misleading.
