Imran Khan has collected political garbage of Sindh: Bilawal Bhutto Zardari

Islamabad, July 30, 2021 (PPI-OT):Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that this puppet government has rigged the elections in Azad Kashmir. The government of Azad Kashmir has been formed through rigging and the use of money, hence will not be stable. He was speaking to reporters after a meeting of Azad Kashmir elected representatives, preceded by a dinner in honour of the Azad Kashmir representatives.

The meeting was attended by elected representatives of Azad Kashmir Assembly Chaudhry Latif Akbar, Faisal Rathore, Amir Ghaffar Lone, Sardar Javed Ayub, Sardar Yaqub Khan, Mian Waheed, Bazil Naqvi, Chaudhry Yasin, Javed Badhanvi and Qasim Majeed. Raja Pervez Ashraf, Farhatullah Babar, Syed Nayyar Hussain Bukhari, Qamar Zaman Kaira, Syed Hassan Murtaza and Senator Palwasha Khan were also present in the meeting.

Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that PPP is the largest opposition party in the Azad Kashmir Assembly. We will give a tough time to the puppet government of Azad Kashmir alone and together with other parties and expose the rigging. The PPP had the right to form a government in Azad Kashmir but this right was snatched from us. We will give a tough time to this fake government in the elections of Prime Minister, Speaker and reserved seats with the other opposition parties.

Answering the questions of the journalists, Chairman Bilawal said that there has never been such rigging in the elections of Azad Kashmir in history. The Minister for Kashmir Affairs was caught distributing money. The Election Commission barred him from entering Kashmir but it was violated. By removing the Kashmir seats in Pakistan, if we only look at the Kashmir elections, this government did not get a clear majority. Now the money will be used to become the Prime Minister, Speaker and Ministers. We will work with the opposition to formulate a strategy in Kashmir against this puppet government. Replying to a question on electronic voting machine, Chairman Bilawal said that PPP has been leading the struggle for free and fair elections. Rigging is always against the PPP.

Even before this, rigging was done to stop Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. Whenever the PPP has made electoral reforms, they have reached a consensus. The electronic voting machine has been maliciously proposed. The Election Commission of Pakistan does not support this proposal either. This government has always tried to humiliate the ECP. We cannot give importance to this suggestion. In response to a question, Chairman Bilawal said that the actions being taken against us are nothing new. We fought against dictator Zia and dictator Musharraf and now we will also fight against this puppet government. The method of rigging used by this government is that of the MQM.

Chaudhry Yaseen was attacked which was also seen on TV. Despite all these rigging, Chaudhry Yasin won on two seats and it is a great achievement that the PPP has now won the seat of Kotli city after Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. Political revenge is being taken from Chaudhry Yasin and his son as murder cases have been filed against them. We will protest strongly and we will not allow actions against our people. Despite political differences in Kashmir, we will chase Imran’s puppet government together with the opposition and join other parties in protest and if other parties do not come to protest, the PPP will fight this puppet government alone.

Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that the jiyalas had been opposing the PML-N government in Kashmir for five years and the PTI’s federal government for three years. He said that Farhatullah Babar will issue a show cause notice to Nabil Gabol for the impression he left during a television talk show. On this occasion, Farhatullah Babar said that he has issued notice to Nabil Gabol.

Replying to a question, Chairman Bilawal Bhutto said that the position of PPP is very clear and if other parties also take a clear stand then we can fight this puppet together. We have a clear position that the PPP will fight this puppet from Karachi to Kashmir. We will chase away the selected, we have moved the selected to the sixth position from Malir and Baldia in Karachi. People used to say on TV that PPP would be able to win only two seats from Kashmir but we won 11 seats and we were forcibly defeated in the 12th seat.

In response to the question that Imran Khan is coming to Sindh, Chairman Bilawal said that the people of Pakistan have recognized the real face of Imran Khan’s ‘change’. The real face of this change is historical poverty, unemployment and inflation. The people of Sindh have come to know this puppet Prime Minister who has constantly robbed Sindh of its rights and has done nothing for Sindh. The man he has just appointed for the affairs of Sindh has suffered a historic defeat by a young jiyala.

He said that Imran Khan has collected all the politically impoverished, orphans and political garbage of Sindh. We have defeated this kind of alliance before and we will defeat them again as usual. Replying to a question he said that our position while being in and out of the PDM, has been that we could use the democratic method of no-confidence to overthrow the Punjab government first and then Imran’s government. We can still do it if our other friends are ready for it. Our position has not changed. Whenever it comes to defeating Imran, we never back down. He said that Leader of the Opposition Shahbaz Sharif has engaged the PPP in a good manner.
