Turbat, The University of Turbat will be closed from February 6th to 9th, 2024, due to the General Elections. The university has scheduled this brief hiatus to facilitate the electoral process as directed by the provincial government.

According to University of Turbat, the closure follows a notification from the Government of Balochistan, Colleges, Higher and Technical Education issued on February 1st, 2024. The institution will suspend its academic and administrative operations to support the conduct of the General Election on February 8th and will resume its regular schedule on February 12th, 2024.

This decision is part of the university’s compliance with governmental directives and reflects its commitment to civic participation. The university community is expected to contribute to and engage with the electoral process during this period.
