RDC Conducts Islamic Training Program for Lecturers in Karachi

Karachi, The Regional Da’wah Center (RDC) Sindh, Karachi, in conjunction with the Da’wah Academy of the International Islamic University Islamabad and the Government College of Physical Education Sukkur, has launched a Two-Day Islamic Training Program for Lecturers. This initiative aims to enhance the understanding and teaching of Islamic principles among educators.

According to International Islamic University Islamabad, the program kicked off with Dr. Syed Aziz ur Rehman, the in-charge of RDC (Sindh), providing an insightful introduction to the Qur’an, highlighting its miraculous nature and its comprehensive role in enhancing economic, social, educational, and political aspects of life. The opening ceremony saw Dr. Shahzad Chana, the program coordinator, outlining the objectives and giving an overview of the Da’wah Academy’s mission and activities.

The event was graced by the Principal of Physical Education College Sukkur, Professor Amjad Ali Chana, who commended the organizers for their initiative, recognizing its significance for the region’s educators. The ceremony also featured insights from Meezan Bank Vice President Tasnimul Haq Farooqi on “Team Management,” emphasizing the critical role of collaboration and strategic planning in achieving success. The program promises further enriching sessions, including a talk by Master Trainer Nisar Musa Baloch.

This training program represents a pivotal step towards fostering a deeper understanding of Islamic teachings among lecturers, equipping them with the knowledge to incorporate these values into their educational practices, thereby benefiting students and the wider community.
