Peshawar, The University of Peshawar has announced the commencement of online admissions for the Spring Semester 2023-24 at the Shaikh Zayed Islamic Centre. The center is inviting applications for its Graduate Degree Program, specifically the research-based M.Phil. program.
According to University of Peshawar, the eligibility criteria for MS/M.Phil. candidates include a relevant BS/M.A./M.Sc. degree or equivalent (minimum 16 years of education) with at least a CGPA of 2.5/4.0 in the Semester System or 2nd Division in the Annual System from a HEC recognized University. Additionally, candidates must pass the university’s own test by obtaining at least 50% marks or already possess a valid GRE/HAT General/NTS/ETC/ETS test score of at least 50%.
The M.Phil. program, emphasizing research, has a limited number of seats available, with only 14 openings this term. Prospective students are encouraged to apply online by the last date of application submission, which is set for March 1, 2024. The admission process includes a schedule for the Departmental Test/Interview, Scrutiny of documents, and remittance of fee set for March 5, 2024. Classes for the admitted students will commence on March 6, 2024.
