Peshawar, The University of Peshawar has announced the disbursement of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Need-Based Scholarships for the academic sessions 2019-20 and 2020-21. The students who have been eagerly awaiting this financial support can now look forward to receiving their scholarships.

According to University of Peshawar, Notification No. 31704-12/Dir/Admns/DRA dated April 04, 2024, the process of disbursement to the eligible students is set to commence. The respective departments and the Student Affair Section have been instructed to take the necessary steps to ensure that the scholarships are distributed efficiently and without delay.

The HEC Need-Based Scholarship program is designed to provide financial assistance to students from less privileged backgrounds, enabling them to continue their higher education without financial hindrance. The initiative reflects the University’s commitment to promoting inclusive education by supporting students in need.
