Mardan, The University of Engineering and Technology Mardan has announced a Request for Proposal (RFP) aimed at the construction and development of basic infrastructure for the institution’s significant upgrade. Suppliers and manufacturers are invited to submit their proposals, with the university seeking to foster a robust academic environment through improved facilities and resources.
According to University of Engineering and Technology – Mardan, the RFP solicits sealed technical and financial proposals in a Single Stage Two Envelope format from firms listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Interested participants must be registered with the GST, PPRA, and Income Tax department to contribute various items needed for the Public Sector Development Program (PSDP) funded project.
The project intends to develop the basic infrastructure necessary for the functioning of the newly upgraded engineering and technology university. Bidders are expected to adhere to a specific proposal submission timeline and process, with a non-refundable tender fee required upon submission. The university has scheduled the opening of these proposals on April 16, 2024, in the presence of bidders and their authorized representatives, ensuring transparency in the procurement process.
