Turbat, Member of the National Assembly, Mr. Phullain Baloch, visited the University of Turbat (UoT) on May 3, 2024, where he was welcomed by Dr. Mansoor Ahmed, the Pro-Vice Chancellor, and other members of the university staff. During his visit, Mr. Baloch toured new facilities and discussed the university’s ongoing development projects and academic progress.
According to University of Turbat, Mr. Phullain Baloch, accompanied by Haji Fida Hussain Dashti, former President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Quetta, expressed his appreciation for the university’s recent achievements and pledged full support for resolving the challenges faced by public sector universities in Balochistan.
During the visit, Mr. Baloch inspected several newly completed and under-construction facilities, including the university Senate Hall, academic buildings, hostel buildings, a gymnasium, and computer labs. Engr. Dr. Kamal Ahmed, Project Director of UoT, provided an update on the progress of these development projects.
Dr. Mansoor Ahmed thanked Mr. Baloch for his visit and for his continued support of the educational institutions in the region.
