Lahore, Former Test wicketkeeper-batter and current member of the selection committee, Kamran Akmal, is set to join 26 other participants in the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) Level 1 Coaching Course. The course is scheduled to take place from 11 to 14 December at the Bugti Stadium in Quetta.
According to Pakistan Cricket Board, the four-day program will be led by tutors Imran Abbas, Rahat Abbas, and Taimur Azam, in collaboration with Balochistan’s Level 1 tutors Amanullah Deepal and Hussain Khosha. This coaching course is designed to provide foundational training for aspiring coaches.
Participants of the course will be required to complete assignments within three months following the end of the program. Successful completion of these assignments will lead to the awarding of Level 1 coaching certificates. The course curriculum includes basic coaching skills such as effective communication, developing a coaching philosophy, and planning and preparation.
