Islamabad, A new initiative aimed at developing leadership capabilities among faculty members commenced at the International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI). The Future Leaders Program is designed to enhance the leadership and management skills of associate and assistant professors, under the guidance of the university’s Vice President (Research and Enterprise).
According to International Islamic University Islamabad, the program is structured in three phases, each focusing on different aspects of leadership, including governance, teaching standards, and research enhancement. The initiative, spearheaded by the Vice President (Research and Enterprise), seeks to foster sustainable transformation within the university. Prominent speakers, including IIUI President Dr. Hathal Homoud Alotaibi and General Retd. Zubair Mahmood Hayat, addressed the participants, emphasizing the importance of visionary leadership and the integration of technology in advancing educational goals.
