Islamabad, Bahria University Health Sciences Campus Islamabad (BUHSCI) has issued an invitation for sealed bids for the supply and installation of various items and equipment. The request targets GST registered firms and encompasses a wide array of products ranging from medical equipment in the sickbay to gym machinery and childcare facility furnishings. This extensive procurement aims to enhance the facilities at the university’s health sciences campus.

According to Bahria University, the solicitation includes detailed specifications for numerous items such as water coolers, kitchen appliances, daycare furniture, and gym equipment, among others. The university has outlined that bids must include costs for delivery, installation, and end-user training, with routine maintenance covered during the warranty period. Bidders are encouraged to provide comprehensive proposals that include all applicable taxes and installation costs.

The bidding process, set to follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requires submissions by May 22, 2024, with technical bids scheduled for opening on the same day. Bahria University has emphasized that incomplete or conditional bids will be deemed non-responsive. The procurement process also allows for the university to reject all proposals at any stage before acceptance.
