Islamabad, Asif Ali Zardari, former President of Pakistan and current President of the Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians (PPP), has expressed his appreciation for the overwhelming support shown to Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari at a rally in Tharparkar. This gesture from the people of Thar reflects a strong connection with the party and its leadership.

According to Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), President Zardari emphasized the significance of the grand welcome extended to Chairman Bilawal in Tharparkar. He noted that the people of Thar, showing immense enthusiasm and support, have not forgotten the legacy of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. President Zardari highlighted that while some political entities may form alliances for power, the PPP’s strength lies in the unwavering support of the people. He recalled that the party had faced alliances against it in the past but remained focused on prioritizing the people’s interests.

President Zardari also referenced the philosophy of the party’s founder, Quaid-e-Awam Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, stating that the people are the true source of power.
