Aseefa Bhutto Zardari Leads PPP Election Rally in Badin

Badin, Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, the youngest daughter of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, spearheaded an election campaign rally in Badin, Sindh, as part of the Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) nationwide electoral efforts.

According to Pakistan Peoples Party, the rally saw a significant turnout, with many women participating alongside the enthusiastic supporters, commonly referred to as Jiyalas and Jiyalis. Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, addressing the crowd, highlighted Badin’s strong historical support for the PPP and reaffirmed the party’s commitment to the welfare of its people.

She emphasized the PPP’s achievements in Badin, including establishing hospitals and schools, and detailed the party’s manifesto, describing it as poor-friendly and people-centric. Aseefa Bhutto Zardari called for strengthening Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s position to ensure Pakistan’s developmental progress and expressed confidence in the PPP’s victory and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari becoming the Prime Minister.

Key promises made during the rally included the provision of 300 units of free electricity through solar power to deserving citizens, the introduction of ‘Benazir Kissan Card, Benazir Mazdoor Card, and Benazir Youth Card’, regularization of temporary housing with ownership rights for women, construction of 3 million houses for poor families, salary doubling for employees, and poverty eradication through effective economic policies.

Aseefa Bhutto Zardari urged the party workers to actively engage in grassroots campaigning and encouraged the people of Badin to vote for the PPP by choosing the symbol of the arrow in the upcoming elections. She called for maximum voter turnout to support Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s nominated representatives.

The rally was also attended by several PPP candidates including Haji Rasool Bux Chandio, Mir Ghulam Ali Talpur, Haji Taj Muhammad Mallah, Arbab Ameer Amanullah, Muhammad Ismail Rahu, Muhammad Halepoto, Mir Allah Bux Talpur, and Jam Wahid Halepoto.
