Karachi, The Department of Industrial Management and Environment and Energy Management at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM) recently hosted a poster presentation event for their Spring 2024 MBA capstone projects. This event highlighted innovative solutions developed by students to address environmental and efficiency challenges in various industries.

According to Institute of Business Management, the presentations, which took place on Saturday, May 25, 2024, focused on a variety of forward-thinking topics, including energy recovery systems, eco-friendly practices across sectors, advancements in food safety, and improvements in vendor management systems. These projects exemplified the students’ commitment to transforming waste into wealth and enhancing organizational performance through sustainable solutions.

The event benefitted significantly from the insights of IoBM faculty and the expertise of the external examiner, Sayed Irfan, who specializes in Operations and Supply Chain Management and Decision Modelling, as well as Energy Conservation and Management. His detailed feedback was instrumental in encouraging students to refine their projects and continue their pursuit of innovative strategies for sustainable business practices.
