Islamabad, The Shariah Academy at the International Islamic University Islamabad hosted a five-day Law Orientation Course for graduates of Deeni Madaris (Islamic Seminaries), enriching their understanding of Pakistan’s legal system and various global legal standards.

According to International Islamic University Islamabad, the course featured lectures from esteemed scholars and professionals, including Prof. Dr. Ata Ullah Faizi and Dr. Ikram ul Haq Yaseen, covering topics from Pakistan’s civil, criminal, and family laws to international human rights and humanitarian laws. The diverse range of speakers provided the participants with a broad perspective on legal frameworks and their applications.

The concluding ceremony included remarks by the Director-General of the Shariah Academy, who expressed gratitude towards the university’s leadership for their support. The successful completion of the course was celebrated with the distribution of certificates among the participants, recognizing their engagement and the new insights they gained.
