Pakistan Sunni Tehreek Advocates for Poverty Alleviation and Distributes Rations in Rawalpindi

Rawalpindi, Leaders of the Pakistan Sunni Tehreek in Rawalpindi have emphasized the need for the government to prioritize the welfare of its citizens over political interests, highlighting the severe impact of inflation and advocating for policies to foster development and prosperity. The organization, in response to the hardships faced by many due to economic conditions, has been actively distributing ration packages to the needy, especially during the month of Ramadan.

According to Pakistan Sunni Tehreek, the initiative to distribute rations is a directive from the head of the party, Muhammad Shadab Raza Naqshbandi. The distribution effort, particularly in Rawalpindi, is part of a broader campaign to alleviate the hardships of the poor during the holy month. Engineer Najam Al-Taqib Qadri, the district president of Rawalpindi, along with other leaders like Allama Tanveer Hussain Qadri and Syed Farooq Hyder Shah, played significant roles in these activities. They have organized Iftar tables and distributed ration packs, earning commendation for their service to humanity.

The leaders underscored the importance of including the underprivileged in societal happiness, especially during Ramadan, reflecting the teachings of the Holy Prophet to support the poor and needy. This initiative not only addresses immediate nutritional needs but also brings a sense of joy and community to those who are often marginalized.
