Lahore, The Level-1 Coaching Course organized by the Institute of Sports Sciences Punjab (ISSP) under the Sports Board Punjab, progressed into its fifth day with master trainers conducting practical training sessions at Punjab Stadium.

According to Sports Board Punjab, ISSP Principal Ms. Chand Parveen, Chief Instructor Hafeez Bhatti, along with instructors Ms. Shaista Qaiser, Sajid Ali, and Malik Nasir, were present during these sessions. The practical training was supervised by International Certified Coach Dr. Naseeb Ullah Khan, focusing on Physiological Assessments, and master trainer Faisal Abid, who oversaw the practical assessment in the second session.

The participating coaches engaged in running and other physical exercises across both indoor and outdoor venues. Master trainers meticulously monitored their performances, offering guidance and corrections where necessary. This hands-on approach is integral to the course, ensuring that coaches develop the necessary skills and understanding for effective sports coaching.
