ISLAMABAD, Asif Ali Zardari, the former President of Pakistan and current President of the Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians, has strongly condemned the recent act of terrorism in Dera Ismail Khan, which resulted in the loss of six lives and left many others injured. He characterized the attack on innocents as an unforgivable offense.
According to Media Cell Bilawal House, President Zardari offered his deepest sympathies and condolences to the bereaved families of the martyred victims. He also extended his wishes for a swift recovery to the individuals who sustained injuries during the bombing.
Zardari emphasized the responsibility of both the federal and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa governments in addressing the root causes of terrorism. He insisted on the necessity of dismantling the networks that nurture terrorist activities. Asserting that terrorists are adversaries of both the country and its people, he concluded by stating the importance of eradicating these threats to the nation’s safety.
