UVAS Launches Workshop on Flow Cytometry to Advance Veterinary Immunology Research

Lahore, The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) hosted a two-day workshop titled “Hands-on Workshop on Flow Cytometry to Study Immune Response” at its City Campus, aimed at deepening understanding of immune system complexities through advanced cytometry techniques.

According to University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, the event was inaugurated by Prof Dr. Aneela Zameer Durrani, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Science. Professors Imran Rasheed and Haroon Akbar, along with numerous faculty members and researchers, attended the workshop. Dr. Durrani highlighted the crucial role of flow cytometry in both basic research and clinical settings, and praised the workshop as a significant step toward enhancing scientific inquiry and collaboration across disciplines. She stressed the importance of such technological workshops in fostering groundbreaking discoveries in veterinary science.
