University of the Punjab Hosts Advanced Mathematics Seminars

Lahore, The Department of Mathematics at the University of the Punjab is set to host a series of advanced seminars this Wednesday, featuring a range of topics from neural networks to medical image processing. The seminars are designed to foster academic exchange and are open to all faculty members and research scholars.

According to University of the Punjab, the weekly seminar series will include presentations from four speakers: Mehvish Jahangir on the numerical solutions of physical models through neural networks, Muhammad Nadeem on medical image denoising using convolutional denoising autoencoders, Muhammad Waqas Badar on optimization techniques for training deep neural networks, and Muzammil Hussain on entropy generation in magnetohydrodynamic mixed convective nanofluid flow. The seminars will be held at 3:00 PM in the Seminar Hall of the Department of Mathematics.
