Lahore, The Hailey College of Commerce at the University of Punjab will host the PhD public defense and viva voce examination of Ms. Asvir Naveed on Monday, May 20, 2024. The defense will address her dissertation on the role of ambidextrous leadership in fostering innovation through ICT, examining the mechanisms of serial mediation and moderation across multiple levels in Pakistan.

According to University of the Punjab, Ms. Naveed’s dissertation, titled “Relating Ambidextrous Leadership to Innovation through Serial Mediation and Moderation: A Multi-level Study of ICT in Pakistan,” will be presented at 1:30 pm in the Committee Room of Hailey College of Commerce.
