Bahawalpur, September 23, 2023 (PPI-OT):On the direction of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar, a special meeting was organized under the auspices of Biochemistry Department to discuss mutual harmony between parents, teachers and students, better quality of education and character building of students.

Dr. Mirza Imran Shahzad, Chairman Department of Biochemistry, said that under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur has faced many challenges in a good manner and solved the problems faced amicably.

He said that the beginning of mutual communication between students, parents and teachers is a reflection of the best vision of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar. All departments and faculties are contacting parents in this regard and inviting them to visit the university.

Through this activity, parents are aware of the curricular and co-curricular activities of the students and they get an opportunity to know about the campus environment and teaching and research activities. The parents present on the occasion expressed their suggestions while appreciating the excellent educational environment in the university and said that such meetings should be held regularly in the future as well.
