Lahore, The University of Management and Technology (UMT) has announced that it will host its 26th Convocation Ceremony on May 8, 2024, a significant event marking the culmination of academic efforts for its students in undergraduate, graduate, and PhD programs.

According to University of Management and Technology, the convocation is designed to celebrate the significant academic milestones achieved by its students. As part of the preparations, UMT has issued specific guidelines for the graduating participants to ensure a smooth and organized ceremony. Graduates are required to collect their gowns from Room CB2-304 on the 1st Floor of the COHORT-II Building at UMT. To receive their gowns, graduates must present their original CNIC and proof of payment for the convocation registration fee.

The collection of gowns is available from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, except on Fridays when a break from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM is observed for Friday prayers. Additionally, access to the convocation premises will be strictly regulated. Entry will be permitted only to those carrying the official invitation card, which is valid for one graduate and up to two accompanying guests. Graduates are advised to keep their invitation cards accessible throughout the event to facilitate entry and enhance security measures.
