Haripur, September 25, 2023 (PPI-OT): On September 9, the 22nd Annual Conference of the Silk Road Agricultural Education Science and Technology Innovation Alliance and the 46th SCO Forum of Presidents of Agricultural Universities opened in Yangling.

With the theme of “Cooperation in Science and Technology Innovation to Promote Green Development of Agriculture” more than 130 representatives from universities, scientific research institutions, and enterprises from China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Belarus, Jordan, and other countries attended the meeting.

Xi Ru, second-level inspector of the International Department of the Ministry of Education, Wu Put, secretary general of the Alliance and president of our school, Yao Jinchuan, deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government, Dong Xia, second-level inspector of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education, He Ling, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Yangling Demonstration Zone, Oshanov Yerdos, representative of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan, Akamedov Sharif, representative of the Sogta region government of Tajikistan and director of the Department of Investment and Assets, and Sadaliev Ulan, representative of the government of the Chu River region of Kyrgyzstan, delivered speeches.

Zhang Junhua, vice chairman of Shaanxi Provincial Association for Science and Technology, attended the meeting, and Vice President Luo Jun presided over the meeting. Wuput awarded licenses to 9 new units joining the alliance.
