Pakistan Sunni Tehreek Backs Tehreek-e-Labaik for Rawalpindi Elections

Rawalpindi, In a significant political development, Pakistan Sunni Tehreek (PST) has officially announced its support for Tehreek-e-Labaik Pakistan (TLP) in the upcoming national and provincial elections in Rawalpindi. The alliance aims to ensure the success of TLP candidates across multiple constituencies in the city, emphasizing the need for electing honest and capable leadership over what they describe as corrupt and incompetent politicians.

According to Pakistan Sunni Tehreek, divisional leader Allama Attaur Rehman Dhaniyal expressed these sentiments during discussions with leaders of Tehreek-e-Labaik Pakistan. He articulated a vision for implementing the Nizam Mustafa in the country, a principle that guides both parties’ ideologies. The PST’s support spans constituencies NA51, NA52, NA54, NA55, NA56, and provincial seats PP6, PP7, PP8, PP9, PP12, PP16, marking a concerted effort to influence the electoral outcomes in Rawalpindi significantly.
