Islamabad, December 31, 2021 (PPI-OT):According to a survey conducted by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, nearly 3 in 10 (27%) Pakistanis have breakfast between 7 AM – 8 AM; those living in rural areas are slightly more likely to have an early breakfast.
A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the four provinces was asked the following question, “At what time do you usually have breakfast?” In response to this question, 22% said before 7 AM, 27% said between 7 AM – 8 AM, 17% said 8 AM – 9 AM, 13% said between 9 AM – 10 AM, 3% said after 10 AM, and 16% said no specific time. 2% did not know or provided no response.
