Nassau County International Cricket Stadium Nears Completion with New Ticket Release

East Meadow, The Nassau County International Cricket Stadium is nearing completion as the latest timelapse video showcases the final stages of its construction, including the installation of four drop-in pitches. The stadium, poised to host eight matches, including a high-profile game between India and Pakistan, is expected to attract large crowds with its 34,000 seating capacity.

According to International Cricket Council, the stadium has undergone significant transformations over the past four months. The pitches, cultivated with Tahoma 31 Bermuda grass in Florida by Adelaide Oval Turf Solutions and LandTek Group, have traveled over 1000 miles to their new home in Eisenhower Park. The north and south pavilions of the stadium are set for completion soon, promising premium hospitality and an enhanced fan experience with features like Cabana and Corner Club seats.

The first match scheduled at the new stadium will see the 2014 champions Sri Lanka face South Africa on June 3. With the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 fast approaching, excitement continues to build, highlighted by the release of the official anthem by Grammy award-winning artist Sean Paul and Soca superstar Kes.

Tickets for the matches, including limited general admission and exclusive hospitality options, are now available. Fans are encouraged to secure their spots quickly to witness this historic sporting event in New York.
