Karachi Press Club and CEEJ Mourn Loss of Anjum Wahab’s Sister

Karachi: The Council of Economic and Energy Journalists (CEEJ) and the Karachi Press Club have expressed profound sorrow and grief over the passing of the sister of Vice President and Senior Journalist Anjum Wahab. President Raja Kamran, Secretary Kashif Munir, Vice President Ehtisham Mufti, Joint Secretary Riyaz Andy, Treasurer Ashraf Khan, Information Secretary Masood Ahmad Siddiqui, and members of the Executive Council have all conveyed their heartfelt condolences.

According to Council of Economic and Energy Journalists (CEEJ), In a statement of condolence, the CEEJ stated that its members stand united in their support for Anjum Wahab during this difficult time. They offered prayers for the departed soul, asking for a high place in divine mercy and for patience for the bereaved family.

The funeral prayer for Anjum Wahab’s sister was held on Saturday, following the Zuhr prayer at Jamia Masjid Gulberg in the Federal B Area. The burial subsequently took place at Sakhi Hassan Cemetery. The funeral was attended by several media persons, including Shoaib Ahmed, Secretary of the Karachi Press Club Raja Kamran, Kashif Munir, Muhammad Ali, Masood Ahmed Siddiqui, Shiraz Mohiuddin, Chaudhry Aamir, Mohammad Anwar, Salahuddin, and Chand Nawab, among others.
